Performance Tackle was started by Marc Higashi in Los Alamitos, Ca in 1994. We started out as a 1200sq. foot store and grew to the 3000sq. foot store that we are now. Our employees have many years of knowledge in both fresh and saltwater, recreational and competitive fishing. 

We specialize in custom rod work and repair. You will find many hard to find and specialized items right here in our store.

Give us call or come by and visit us! You never know who you may happen to run into at the shop. Could be anyone from a local fishing legend to a FLW or Bassmaster Angler of the Year sharing stories.
